Attach your documents
- Your child’s immunisation record, or an exemption statement
- A copy of any custody or court order, if there is one

Fees & the grant
- Full-time (100+ hours / month) — $326.25 per child, per month
- Part-time (50–99 hours / month) — $230 per child, per month
- Under 50 hours / month — not eligible for the grant
- School-age (out-of-school) care — may qualify for the Child Care Subsidy; you apply, then give us the approval
- Fees are set by the Province (current 2026) and may change
- Please sign the attendance record accurately — we claim the grant from attendance

Once your child starts
Each day
- Sign your child in and out, and arrive on time
- Tell us about any lateness or absence
- Send clearly labelled: spare clothes, indoor shoes, nappies & wipes if needed, a comfort item, and weather-appropriate outdoor clothing
- A daily program plan is available on request
If you need to leave
- One month’s written notice is preferred if possible. — complete the Child Withdrawal form in Your documents below and email it to us
