Delivery Window
Fresh hot meals delivered 10:30am–12:00pm. Exact time confirmed at enrollment. Daycares must have hot holding equipment ready upon arrival.
What is Included
Every meal includes a 250ml main dish for kids (larger for adults) plus a simple snack — celery, biscuits, or plain muffin. Sugar-lessened, nut-free always.

Licensed home dayhomes receive individually portioned and labelled flash frozen meals delivered every Saturday for the following week. Reheat in microwave or stovetop. Available in Calgary and surrounding areas. Outside Calgary: delivery fee applies unless full month is pre-ordered upfront.

Fresh Hot Daily
Licensed Daycares — 10+ Meals
Daycares with 10 or more daily meals receive fresh hot meals delivered Monday–Friday in insulated thermoses. Daycares must have commercial hot holding equipment. Thermoses are returned on the next delivery day. Delivery window confirmed at enrollment based on your location.
Minimum 10 meals per stop. Calgary and area only. Flash frozen also available on request.
How to request a swap: Email jdmlunch@gmail.com by Saturday end of day for any meal the following week. Include child name, facility name, the day to swap, and your preferred swap meal. No Monday requests. No same-week changes. Swaps are the same price — no extra charge. Mid-month new enrollments: no swaps until following Saturday.
Enroll Your Dayhome or Daycare
Flash frozen meals are individually portioned and labelled per child. Delivered every Saturday for the following week. Reheat in microwave or on stovetop to 74°C minimum before serving. Full month pre-order gets 10% discount and free delivery including outside Calgary.
Fresh hot daily delivery is available for dayhomes and daycares with 10 or more meals per day within Calgary only. Meals arrive in insulated thermoses between 10:30am–12:00pm. Your facility must have commercial hot holding equipment. Thermoses are returned on next delivery day.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancel at any time by emailing jdmlunch@gmail.com. You will receive a refund by EFT bank transfer for all unused remaining days in that month, paid at month end. Please include your banking details when requesting a refund. Maximum one cancellation per month. Repeated cancellation abuse may result in forfeiture of that month's payment with no refund. No cash refunds — EFT only.
Important Program Notes
• Nut-free kitchen. We cannot accommodate nut requests under any circumstances.
• We cannot guarantee gluten-free meals. Gluten-free options are not available.
• Fresh hot delivery: daycares are responsible for hot holding after delivery. Commercial hot holding equipment is required.
• Flash frozen: store in freezer immediately upon receipt. Reheat to minimum 74°C internal temperature before serving children.
• Delivery to licensed dayhome and daycare addresses only. No apartments. No public pickups.
• Swap requests must be emailed by Saturday end of day for the following week. No exceptions.
• Mid-month enrollments: calendar meals served as assigned until following Saturday, then swaps available.
• All fresh meals prepared daily in our licensed commercial kitchen. Meals are not pre-made in advance.
• Enrollment confirmed by JDM Agency within 2 business days. Payment requested only after confirmation.
